Following up on the remarkable initial success of the IC+ bound for Przemysl it would be logical to compile a morning service from Lviv to Przemysl from coaches (безпересадковий вагон) from Lviv-bound overnight services.

Such mosaic train might initially consist of 2 wagons from each of the
- Kyiv - Lviv (#91, arr. 6:00),  
- Kyiv - Uzhhorod (#81, arr. 6:20) and
- Odesa - Lviv (#26, arr. 6:33).

Departing Lviv around 6:50, such a train could make to Przemysl before 9:00 (including both Ukrainian and Polish border control), which is 8:00 central european time.

This will provide passengers with convenient connections to westbound Polish train services
- REGIO 8:23 departure, arr. RZESZÓW 9:57;
- PKP IC MALCZEWSKI 8:49 departure, arr. Krakow 12:06 (Warsaw 16:10; Prague 20:22), Wroclaw 15:33 and Poznan 18:05 (Berlin 23:17).

The spread of the reverse, eastbound connections is wider, but it would anyhow be good to include Odesa-bound wagons, imho.
In that case the return train would depart Przemysl no earlier than 17:30 (local time) and make it to Lviv in time for #26.
Lviv departures of the relevant overnight: #26 (20:40), #81 (22:44), #92 (22:55).

That would correspond with the:
PKP IC SIEMIRADZKI Poznan 5:52 - Wroclaw 8:28 - Krakow 12:35 - Przemysl 16:23 - or maybe even with the faster
PKP IC MEHOFFER    Jelenia Gora 8:34 - Wroclaw 10:53 - Krakow 14:18 - Przemysl 17:35.

Considering that the travel time Kyiv - Krakow is still a long full-day 12 hours ordeal on the IC+ connection, it would be more than good to have an alternative where the main part of the travel takes place at night time. That can be achieved by a combination of, for example, #91 coaches extended to Przemysl + the IC MALCZEWSKI, making a combined travel time for Kyiv - Krakow 14:25 (22:41 - 12:06).

I remember having travelled on Przemysl - Ukraine overnight wagons in the 200X'ies, so the idea can be seen as a quest for resurrection of a previous cancelled service.

Приблизительно по той же схеме с переприцепкой по Львову

Вы это серьезно?
Та пока эти вагоны будут ехать до Львова их за ночь так нафаршируют сигаретами, что через пару поездок их нужно будет на КВР отправлять.

If the Polish border control is conducted after the passengers leave the train at the border checking facility at the station in Przemysl, there is no point in stuffing the train with cigarettes.

Но в случае с ИС+ поляки почему-то не захотели организовать контроль в помещении вокзала в Перемышле. Может там нет подходящего зала с КПП?

Мариуполь и Херсон вряд ли поедут в Перемышль. По поводу сигарет и прочей контрабанды - при желании ее и так провезут.

Контроль по выходу это не панацея т.к. контрабас скидывают с окон поезда ждущим лицам на участке "Госграница-Пшемысль".
Поэтому поляки заходят в него с границы

Bad idea I think.

I think the train you are suggesting would suffer from smugglers nearly same strongly how 67/68 suffer. Or for example how old overnight Kyiv - Przemysl/Wroclaw suffered.

I suggest you underestimate the role of normal (non-smuggling) public in suppression of activity of smugglers and don't realize how different will be the public collected on Ukrainian side by daytime train and by overnight train.

I recognize that there is a serious problem with the smugglers.

It would however be very nice to be able to do some of the travel time during night.
And not have to get up at 5:xx to change from an overnight in Lviv to a theoretical new local service Lviv - Przemysl.
I do think such prolonged through coaches would be in demand.

Maybe it would be a solution to use new (never) sleeper cars which would be harder to stuff things into and/or seal of the windows?

If the Chernivtsi - Lviv morning express (#702) could be speeded up a bit, it could be prolonged to Przemysl and make it back at 12:XX in time for the Truskavets run
Something like this: ... Lviv 9:20-9:30 - Przemysl 10:50-11:00 (Kyiv time) - Lviv 12:20-12:30 - Truskavets ...
