Well, I know price from Kiev to Sofia, it is 420 UAH (something about $79) for coupe (compartment for 4 persons). I think price from Sofia to Kiev must be the same.

The ferry from Varna to Illichivsk (Illichivsk is near Oddessa) exists, but as fair as I know it is for cargoes, not for passengers.

I found out, that I was wrong about ferry: the right answer is that ferry Varna-Illichivsk it is for passengers too.

The price vary from $50 (4-berth block add camp. bed) to $100 (single cabin "De Luxe). There are intermediate variants, you can find them here: http://www.ukrferry.com/eng/tariffs/varna1.asp

I didn't found how long it goes, but from point of view of common sence it must be something about 17 hours.

I found how long it goes - it is 18 hours.

Among sea fairy Varna-Illichivsk, there is another fairy from Bulgaria to Ukrain - river (Danube) fairy Reni-Ruse.
Reni is a little city in Odessa region, but it is far from Odessa.
It goes 24 hours from Ruse to Reni and 36 hours from Reni to Ruse. I don't know whether it is intended for passengers and how often it goes.
